I was captivated by Dallas nerding out behind the scenes and explaining everything about the show on YouTube. (Particularly sanding the underside of the drawer I believe it was called…And the green burrito… which I put in for a tee shirt idea… )
The Best Worst Christmas Pageant is one to read aloud for your daughter, today.
It’s fantastic.
I mention this because Dallas put in for years to direct it as a movie. I believe through some mishap and forgotten time restraints/ legal contracts… he was finally able to secure his spot as director. (This took over a decade )
After reading the book I recommend watching Dallas’ version of this movie.
